"We really appreciate the care and understanding of our decision of the passing of our beautiful sweet Ruby. We were comforted with an ending of life room set up as a living room and spent as much time as we needed on a comfortable couch. Our Ruby crossed over peacefully with no trauma. Everyone was very consoling and we received a sympathy card signed by the staff there. It was an extremely tough decision for us and we knew her quality life was deteriorating, the staff and doctor really listened to us and supported our decision. Thank you!"
